This was, in essence, the message conveyed by the Chairman and CEO of the NSIA Group, Mr Jean K. DIAGOU in the presence of the Minister of Women, Family, Gender and Child Protection, Mrs Ndeye Sali DIOP DIENG and the President of the NSIA Foundation, Mr. Amadou KANE.
